- Designated as a Business Continuity Key Staff Member in case of business continuity issues.
- Ensure all queues in Trade 360 System are monitored and appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.
- 5-10 years of Lead experience in a banking environment
- Sound knowledge of Standby Letter of Credit.
- Sound knowledge of UCP, ISP, URDG and ISBP.
- Guide staff, customers and relationship managers on technical and operational matters.
- Experience in structured trade finance products is required.
- Ability to support and provide teamwork and quality and prompt customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills are required.
- College graduate or Associate degree.
- CDCS is a plus.

The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.
The incumbent is expected to effectively: manage multiple staffing, administrative, and workflow priorities. Ensure the Sections satisfactorily fulfill their daily processing requirements in Trade 360 System. Provide an environment that allows staff members to develop and contribute toward the accomplishment of the section and department's goals. Identify and resolve operational problems which prevent the section from achieving its planned objectives, and manage a high number of customer contacts. SBLC draft reviews and technical support to Front Office and Customers. To assist the department in accomplishing its objectives.
