    *Pharmacy Lab Technician
    • Medrock Pharmacy – Chattanooga, TN Position Overview:
    • MedRock pharmacy is looking for a motivated individual who values team work, focus on growing the company and provide unique knowledge and experience. MedRock is a full-service pharmacy with a focus on dermatology products, our mission is to improve the quality of patients lives through specialization. The Pharmacy Lab Technician will primarily focus on compounding functions within our non-sterile compounding pharmacy labs. Job Duties:
    • Typing Prescriptions correctly and Entering data into computer system to fill prescriptions
    • Calling and helping customers, give customers information, take orders and help with questions and complaints.
    • Assists in maintaining logs, documents and any required paperwork.
    • Assists in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
    • Compounding in Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Lab
    • Working under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, fills prescriptions and prepares RXs and compounds of quality, compliant with State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
    • Packaging of medication, reviewing and coordinating accurate and timely delivery to the customer. Required Skills and Abilities:
    • Ability to work independently
