    Job DescriptionOverview

    We are seeking qualified welders who can weld Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel -- GMAW-Pulse, GTAW, FCAW to join our innovative, fast-growing company. The candidates are required to be able to read drawings, know how to red-line drawings, and fit properly. They will be working in a friendly team environment in which they are expected to communicate clearly.

    Responsibilities
    • Perform GMAW-Pulse, GTAW, FCAW welding techniques to join metal components
    • Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding specifications
    • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials and equipment
    • Utilize ERP software to track and document welding operations
    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 certification standards
    • Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding tools
    • Inspect welded joints and conduct quality control checks
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a GMAW-Pulse, GTAW, FCAW Welder
    • Proficient in operating overhead cranes and forklifts
    • Experience with ERP software for tracking and documentation
    • ISO 9001 certification or relevant quality management experience
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control
    • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills
    • Physical stamina to perform welding tasks for extended periods

    You should be proficient in:

    • Blueprint Reading
    • ISO 9001 Certification Experience
    • Welding Setups for Production

    • Flux-Cored Arc Welder
    • ERP Software
    • Overhead Crane
    • Forklifts

    Salary info:

    $17 - $24 / hr
