- Lead business development efforts locally
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including design of land development projects and office staff management
- Develop and nurture client relationships
- Ensure project goals and deadlines are met by managing clients and the internal team
- Supervise projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate business development with internal departments and offices
- Create and adhere to budgets, projections, and forecasting
- Act as a subject matter expert in site design
- Perform additional related duties as required
- Active PE license
- 10-15+ years of proven site design experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Position: Civil Engineer Practice Leader

Duration: Full-time permanent
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 / DOE
Job Description:
The Practice Leader oversees project design, client communication, permitting, and management on a wide range of commercial and residential development projects. This role is pivotal in expanding the civil practice and collaborating in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist clients in developing public and private projects.
