    The role of the Quality Assurance Coordination Specialist is to effectively support quality assurance and fidelity of agency and statewide continuum of community based and residential services, to include reviewing service data and billing, and implementation of the Standardized Program Evaluation Protocol (SPEPTM).Minimum QualificationsKnowledge of evidence-based programs and services in the juvenile justice field; methods of training and technical assistance, program evaluation, and program monitoring processes; and understanding of fiscal management processes.

    Ability to independently gather and interpret data, draw conclusions, and implement solutions; clearly present information in written and verbal formats; manage multiple tasks and projects; work independently.

    Ability to utilize Microsoft and other computer software including spreadsheets, word processing, data bases, and presentation packages.
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff from various levels of agency operations.
