    Temple Health is seeking a BC/BE Palliative Care Physician with a strong interest and/or demonstrated competency in medical education for a full-time clinician educator position within Temple's Palliative Care Program.

    The successful candidate will work closely with a highly collaborative team of palliative care physicians, advanced providers, social workers, chaplains, and learners, to provide high quality compassionate care to a wide range of patients at Temple University Hospital.

    Responsibilities will also include direct teaching and curriculum development for medical students, residents and fellows. Weekend & evening call is phone only, and clinical research opportunities are available for those interested in pursuing them.

    The palliative care team at Temple University Hospital enjoys strong collaboration with clinical service lines across the hospital, integration into undergraduate and graduate medical education, and consistent involvement in health system quality improvement initiatives.

    Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program and an ACGME accredited Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine fellowship program


    • Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine
    • Unrestricted medical license & DEA from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to start date
