The following is a summary of the principal responsibilities and tasks associated with CNC Machinist:Setup operation programming complex troubleshooting and process optimization of 5 – Axis CNC mills and 2 to 4-Axis CNC lathes includes inspection assembly and packaging of manufactured components.
- Safely perform required processing steps to manufacture assemble products for customer orders.
- Provide Quality Assurance functions by performing pre-in-process post-inspections using portable stationary CMM other traditional measuring devices techniques maintaining associated documentation.
