Recruitment Sourcer/Coordinator
at Marquis Companies your responsibilities include:
Implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates, including development of talent pools through lead identification, engagement, and nurturing.
Leverage recruitment and sourcing channels, tools, and strategic partnerships to fill vacancies.
Corresponding with Hiring Manager within the companies to support their hiring needs.
Contact candidates regarding employment opportunities or their applications.
Introduce, present, and close qualified talent based on business need and an alignment of values, purpose, total rewards and career aspirations.
Coordinate and attend career fairs and other Recruitment events as needed.May be involved in other project work as needed.
Qualifications
1 or more years in recruitment and sourcing talent
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
