    We are looking for a Recruiter / Customer Service Associate who would like to make the transition into the digital staffing world to join our team.

    Typical duties will include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
    Manage and resolve service exceptions, liaise with workers and customers as required, assist with the onboarding of new customers, and help coordinate the posting of ads for both workers and customers on digital or social media platformsSource, recruit, and place candidates across a variety of skillsetsAssist in the screening, interviewing, references check, and onboarding of contract and direct placement candidatesDevelop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractorsNetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employeesDocument and track interactions with prospective candidates within our Applicant Tracking SystemImprove metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers, submits, placements, and customer feedbackWork closely with the sales team and within the recruiting team to understand the client's culture, job requirements and business relationshipConduct workforce readiness workshops when neededAnswer incoming customer inquiriesCollaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policiesQualificationsMust have the ability to effectively work on a high volume of positions while managing multiple prioritiesMust have strong oral and written communication skillsDesire to learn about recruiting best practicesBe a self-starter and motivated by career growthAbility to problem solveMust be tech savvy and have a high comfort level utilizing social media
