About the Role: Are you the next Qventoid? We're seeking a Senior / Lead Product Manager to work on exciting, high-growth products related to the Perioperative domain. Using your product management expertise, combined with your drive and passion for making a difference, you'll work with multiple talented teams across Qventus to discover, define, execute, and launch new products & features, as well as to improve and optimize our existing products. Key Responsibilities:
    • Guide a team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to ship great products that solve meaningful customer problems
    • Discover and validate new product opportunities through a deep understanding of our users, market, technology, strategy, and data
    • Define the vision, strategy, problems to solve, and key requirements for the solutions that address the opportunities you identify
    • Get involved with the design and software development process and manage the product backlog
    • Follow through to launch and iterate on products, ensuring that they make the desired impact on our users and our business
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with users, buyers, and external thought leaders to inform your work
    What We're Looking For:
    • Mastery of navigating enterprise products/solutions through the full product lifecycle, with a track record of rapidly shipping impactful products
    • Comfort developing products that heavily leverage data, analytics, and AI/machine learning
    • Proven track record of collaboration across all functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business (engineering, professional services, clinical operations, etc.)
    • Ability to span altitudes from vision/evangelism to "getting into the weeds" with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong, professional presence in working with customers/partners (including C-Suite executives)
    • Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and pitch in / fill in gaps when a team needs help
    • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, ideally in the Perioperative setting
    • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products

This salary represents the middle to the high end of market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role's responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus' total rewards package.
