Job Description:

East Stroudsburg Area School District is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (VOCO SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work with high school students, providing therapy, progress monitoring, and occasional testing to support their speech and language needs.

Key Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (VOCO SLP)
• Location: East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
• Caseload: The caseload will primarily consist of high school students who require therapy, progress monitoring, and occasional testing. Many students may have speech as a secondary disability and are currently not receiving services due to the lack of a speech therapist.
• Schedule: Full-Time

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for ASHA certification.
• Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working with high school students preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
