    We have an immediate opening for an Information Technology Helpdesk Technician at the Florence, AL Headquarters location. The ideal candidate will meet the qualifications below.

    They will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment developing solutions and maintaining optimal efficiency of all systems assigned responsibility to manage.



    Education & Experience:


    • Associates Degree in Technical Discipline Required; Experience Considered in Lieu of Degree
    • 1+ years of experience providing Help Desk Support for Information Technology Systems and Applications

    Skills Needed:


    • Be innovative, positive, proactive, and readily embrace change
    • Proven experience in building and troubleshooting end-user computer systems
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Office troubleshooting and installation
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10
    • Experience with installation and troubleshooting of desktop applications such as Adobe
    • Experience working with Helpdesk ticketing system such as Track-IT

    Job Duties:


    • Reports to the Director of Information Technology
    • Perform day-to-day support, administration and problem resolution of user computer systems and desktop applications
    • Plan, prioritize and execute activity associated with incoming requests for support through the IT Helpdesk system
    • Maintain printers and peripheral computer equipment
    • Periodic travel to other offices for Helpdesk support will be required
    • Acquire hardware and software as required to meet business requirements
    • Interact with business representatives to maintain alignment of Information Technology with business requirements
    • Attend meetings and report activity progress within IT infrastructure organization
    • Keep current and up-to-date with computer operating system releases and desktop application versions
    • Recommend corrections for issues occurring on a repetitive basis
    • Provide courteous, complete and timely support for end users
    • Work well within a team environment and alongside external partners
