The AV-CV Team (Autonomous Vehicles / Computer Vision) builds the infrastructure for labeling Lidar, Mapping, and Camera data. If seeing autonomous vehicles excited you, youll be seeing a lot of that on the AV-CV team.

The team builds the tools for labeling Lidar pointclouds, annotating image and video feeds, and linking them together to build perception models.

You will:

Own large new areas within our productBecome an expert in working closely with customers across many CV industriesBuild technologies ranging from frontend and backend to automated ML systemsWork deeply with sales and marketing to run demos and increase customer engagementWork across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through productionBe able, and willing, to multi-task and learn new technologies quicklyIdeally you'd have:5+ years of full-time engineering experience2+ years working with TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies (React, , Webpack)Experience working with distributed systems and cloud environmentsExperience working with a production database (Postgres, MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL) and schema migrationsSolid background in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.

Excitement to work with AI technologiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a teamThe base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco, CA is $180,000 - $225,000.

Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and benefits.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Scale employees are also granted Stock Options that are awarded upon board of director approval.
