Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full sales cycle from discovery to close with HR stakeholders — CHROs, VPs of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Leaders, and HRIS owners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms aligned with company strategy and customer objectives.
