    Care Dynamics, known for providing top-notch pharmacy staffing solutions, is on the lookout for a proficient Pharmacist to fill a full-time position with our esteemed client, an independent retail pharmacy in Kissimmee (closer to Poinciana), Florida. The role presents potential for ongoing assignments and requires a flexible approach to scheduling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Efficiently verify and dispense at least 250 prescriptions daily in a high-volume setting.
    • Work in tandem with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow management.
    • Provide guidance on safe prescription usage.
    • Manage and streamline the medication delivery program.

    Requirements:

    • Active and clear Florida State Pharmacist License.
    • Minimum 1 year recent experience in retail pharmacy.
    • Familiarity with Prime RX (preferred).
    • Ability to work between the hours of 9 am to 7 pm with a lunch break. The shifts are 2-3 days per week typically 10am to 6:30pm or 10:30am to 7pm.

    Compensation:

    • $45 per hour
