    Description


    American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a cardiac IR unit, requiring ARRT registry in radiography and an active Illinois license through IEMA.

    Details

    Work in an Interventional Radiology unit at an acute care hospital
    Day shifts, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
    Weekend work is required
    On-call is required
    Float assignments to different units or facilities may be required at the manager's request
    Requirements

    Active Illinois license through IEMA required; license must be in hand — no emergency or pending licensure will be considered
    ARRT registry in radiography required
    BLS certification through AHA required
    Graduate of an accredited radiography program required
    Advanced certification in Vascular Interventional Radiology preferred
    1–3 years of Interventional Imaging experience preferred
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
    License required if applicable
    Two references required for consideration, including at least one from a Supervisor, Manager, or Charge RN within the past year
    All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission
    Additional Information

    Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility may be considered at a local pay rate
    Vaccination status must be provided for consideration

    American Traveler Job ID #P Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
