    Your new roleOur new consultant will possess the technical skills required to lead and execute complex air compliance projects, the business development skills to develop new clients and project opportunities, and the interpersonal and communication skills to enhance existing client and regulator relationships.


    Your key responsibilities will be:


    Maintain regular contact with clients and develop proposals for environmental compliance-related workExperience to conduct air permitting/compliance regulatory reviewsResponsible for the preparation of plans, reports, permit applications, and other project documents; lead technical evaluations of data commensurate with experienceManage the technical, schedule and budgetary elements of projectsUse prescribed and established methods to perform specific environmental engineering and scientific assignmentsProvide regular and consistent communications to clients, regulators and project staff on key issues and developmentsGain and share knowledge through participation in technical societies and/or attendance at internal and external programs, to a degree consistent with individual and divisional goalsBe a leader in Rambolls safety culture, ensuring that our employees work safelyEngage with other senior practitioners within Ramboll to advance our brands (energy, water, environment and health) and standing with external stakeholdersYour new teamYou will be part of the San Francisco air sciences team.

    These include:
    B.S.

    in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering, minimally, with an Environmental Consultant background.8-15years of experience, with at least the last 5 years in the environmental consulting field.

    Ideal candidate has prior experience in air modeling, permitting, and compliance, etc. Other environmental compliance experiences will beconsidered.

    Highly motivated, team-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment, with the desire and skills to provide client, project, and staff management functions.

    Excellent written/verbal communication skills are required.
    Occasional travel (10-20%), as required.

    At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package.

    At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annualbase salary between $106,000 - $114,000.

    Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, includingexperience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training andskill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
