Position Overview
We are seeking a Wireless B2B Order Processing & Support Representative to support Wireless business accounts and partner-submitted orders. This role is execution- and accuracy-focused, not a sales position.
You will function similarly to a Business Support Representative, responsible for managing wireless orders from submission through completion, resolving carrier-side issues, maintaining account integrity, and supporting internal sales teams and external agents. However, focused primarily on SMB accounts.
This role is ideal for someone with strong wireless operations experience who prefers structured, process-driven work over quota-based sales.
Key Responsibilities Wireless Order Processing & Lifecycle Management
Process B2B wireless orders including:
- New activations
- Ports and migrations
- Upgrades and equipment changes
- Feature and plan modifications
- Account-level changes and maintenance
- Ensure orders are submitted correctly, tracked accurately, and completed in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify and resolve order errors, rejections, fallout, or provisioning delays.
Business Account Support (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile)
- Serve as an internal point of contact for Wireless B2B order-related issues.
- Work directly with carrier portals, tools, and carrier support channels to:
- Research account issues
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Correct provisioning errors
- Support line-level and BAN-level changes
- Maintain compliance with Verizon business processes, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
Partner & Agent Support
- Support LTT Partners' internal sales team and external agents by:
- Reviewing and validating submitted orders
- Providing status updates and timelines
- Assisting with order corrections and resubmissions
- Act as a reliable backend operations resource for agents who rely on LTT Partners for wireless processing and support.
Operational Accuracy & Documentation
- Maintain detailed notes, order statuses, and documentation in CRM and carrier systems.
- Follow established SOPs while identifying gaps or inefficiencies in order workflows.
- Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until resolution.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B wireless operations, order processing, or carrier support.
- Prior experience working with Wireless business accounts strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with wireless activations, ports, BAN structures, and provisioning workflows.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in carrier portals, CRMs, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple active orders simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting sales teams or channel partners is a plus.
