    GREENWICH CATHOLIC SCHOOL - Director of Enrollment & High School Admissions

    (35 hours per week, 8:00-3:00)

    Greenwich Catholic School is a Pre-K-8th grade faith-based elementary school serving students in Connecticut and New

    York. The school is home to over 330 students and their families. Our commitment to Catholic education and serving our community is at the forefront of all we do. The Director of Enrollment and Marketing reports to the Head of School.


    Director of Enrollment Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the processing and review of applications for admissions, developing new application materials as needed,
    coordinating committees, defining and revising the review process.


    • Manage the development and delivery of admissions-related publications and promotional materials, including both print
    and web-based electronic formats.


    • The ability to lead systems that facilitate efficiency and timeliness in a high-volume environment.
    • Provides superior customer service to all families.
    • Collaborates with teaching staff to inform and facilitate enrollment opportunities.
    • Supervise daily communications to prospective students, applicants, and incoming students and their families.
    • Admission screenings.
    • Work with Student and Parent Ambassador groups.
    • Analyze and strategize retention.
    • Work closely with Advancement and Communication leaders to develop and implement an annual marketing plan
    aligned with GCS mission.


    • Advise Upper School students in their high school choices.
    • Work closely with parents to monitor high school admissions process.
    • Assist in ad hoc projects with teammates as necessary.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Demonstrated familiarity with marketing practices, management skills, supervisory skills, attentiveness to detail, strong
    organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.


    • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in communications technologies.
    • Understanding of copy writing, graphic design, layout, and publishing.
    • Working knowledge of content management systems.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing.
    • Proficient in database management and data integrity processes.
    • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Associates or bachelors degree in communications, marketing, or related discipline.
    • Experience managing digital content.
    • Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
    • Established media relations a plus.
