Job Summary:

Johnson City Acura/Mazda is seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our team in Johnson City, Tennessee.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role that provides an excellent opportunity to work in the thriving auto industry.

As a Service BDC Representative, you will work closely with our service department to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $16 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to online inquiries and email requests from customers in a timely manner
• Maintain excellent knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers
• Actively seek out and follow up on missed service appointments
• Utilize a software system to maintain appointment schedules and customer records
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints
• Collaborate with service department to ensure highquality customer experience
• Continuously meet and exceed service goals and targets
• Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments, and attend required training sessions
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems and software programs
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times
