    Position PurposeThe PRO Channel works primarily with dog and cat breeders, shelters/rescues, dog trainers, and other professionals within the canine and feline communities.

    The key priority for the PRO team is attracting professionals to Farmina through brand awareness activities, providing education and on-site follow ups.

    Through these activities, the PRO team will drive engagement within the community, and will elicit recommendations from breeders, shelters, trainers and more.

    Requirements4+ years of outside sales experience OR equivalent relevant experience in the animal health industryComfort in managing large territory.

    Overnights/weekend travel requiredReliable personal vehicle able to be utilized for territory managementAbility to work independently, entrepreneurial mindsetStrong relationship building skillsBreeding/Shelter work experience preferredLive within 30 miles of major airportBilingual (Spanish or French)Key ResponsibilitiesVisiting dog and cat breeders/shelters/rescues/trainers in person within assigned territoryEducate/train prospective customers on brand benefits close with a sale of productDrive compliance of newly created recommendation portal/PRO AppAchieve all KPIs as assigned for territory growthAttend/plan/organize events (dog/cat shows, etc.) across U.S.

    (even outside assigned territory as needed) as defined min.
