About The Role Hopper is seeking a Senior Advertising Account Executive to lead strategic high impact advertising partnerships across travel and adjacent verticals In this role you will own complex sales cycles close six and seven figure deals and build long term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders You ll operate as a trusted advisor to advertisers leveraging Hoppers data scale and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes while helping shape the growth and direction of Hoppers advertising business What Would Your Day-to-day Look Like Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid market advertisers driving new revenue and long term partnerships Lead full cycle sales efforts including prospecting strategic pitching negotiation and close Develop multi quarter and annual media partnerships including custom sponsorships and data driven solutions Serve as the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships Collaborate closely with Account Management Analytics Product Leadership teams to deliver strong campaign performance retention Identify execute upsell cross sell opportunities across Hoppers advertising product suite Influence product roadmap go-to-market strategy by sharing advertiser feedback market insights Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting CRM discipline with strong command of deal strategy timing An Ideal Candidate Has 6–10+ years experience in digital advertising media sales or strategic partnerships Proven track record consistently exceeding revenue targets large complex accounts Experience closing six seven figure advertising deals Ability sell consultatively senior marketing leaders decision makers Excellent executive presence storytelling negotiation skills Data driven financial acumen Comfortable operating fast paced high growth environment ambiguity ownership Bonus Points Experience selling travel brands airlines hotels destinations tourism boards Background working agencies holding companies Familiarity commerce driven media platforms Existing relationships senior travel marketers agency leadership Perks benefits working us Well funded proven startup large ambitions competitive salary upsides pre IPO equity packages Unlimited PTO Carrot Cash travel stipend Access co working space demand through FlexDesk Work from home stipend Generous parental leave above industry standards Entrepreneurial culture pushing limits taking risks everyday business Open communication management company leadership Small dynamic teams massive impact Employer paid Medical Dental Vision coverage employees Disability Life insurance Health Reimbursement Account DCA FSA access 401k plan More about Hopper At Hopper we are on mission become leading travel platform globally powering Hoppe
