    Kestra Private Wealth Services, an independent, wholly owned RIA subsidiary of Kestra Financial, seeks a Director of Operations & Administration.

    The ideal candidate will have working familiarity with the financial services business generally and be adept at efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously including:

    supporting management team in various capacities, manipulating and analyzing data within excel spreadsheets, certain business consulting responsibilities, and vendor relationship management.

    Candidate will also work with our nationwide Financial Professional network providing operational and service support, as needed.

    The ideal candidate will also need to have a working familiarity with technology, hardware, and software, and be able to assist with troubleshooting and implementation, as needed.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    To ensure the successful opening of new financial advisory offices this role must efficiently handle the following tasks:


    New Office Setup:
    Direct and manage the process of setting up new advisory offices, including on-site visits to ensure successful implementations.
    Oversee the integration of technological tools and platforms required for office functions.

    Manage the build out of office space and coordinate the delivery of office furniture, ensuring an efficient and ergonomic workspace.

    Manage the installation and visibility of office signage, ensuring brand consistency and professionalism.
    Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to streamline the shipping and delivery of office essentials.


    Transition Support:
    Lead the transition support for incoming advisors, facilitating smooth onboarding experiences.
    Spearhead the set up of technology essentials, including hardware and software installations.

    Oversee the establishment of an online presence for new advisors, including website creation, social media profiles, and professional email setups.

    Offer ongoing site management support for established offices and act as the primary point of contact for any operational escalations or concerns.

    EDUCATION AND/


    OR EXPERIENCE:
    High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
    Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience.
    Microsoft Office experience required
