Financial Analyst I – Corporate FP&A

Omnicell is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team to support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, and other FP&A responsibilities.

This role will be highly visible to key functional leaders and will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Partner and collaborate with functional leaders to develop annual plans, monthly forecasts, and to support strategic initiatives within the functional unitSupport financial analysis of spending related to General & Administrative functions including variances to plan, variances to forecast, and any risks or opportunitiesDevelop and maintain accurate headcount reportingTrack, analyze, and report on key metrics of the businessIdentify and recommend improvements to drive financial performancePrepare presentations for senior managementPartner with accounting group on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure accurate recording of accruals in accordance with GAAPResearch and recommend new processes or improvements to current processesEngage in ad-hoc analysis/special projects


Required Knowledge/Skills:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel & PowerPointSelf-starter with a positive attitude and readiness to challengeAbility to work independently and collaborate in a team environment


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with ERP/financial reporting/forecasting systems (such as Oracle Hyperion and SAP)
