    Job Description Title:
    Dermatologist (Mohs Surgery Experience Preferred)

    Location:
    Orange, CA

    Salary Range:
    $350,000 - $450,000 (Including Bonus Potential)

    Healthcare, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k Overview: Our partner organization is seeking a board-certified Dermatologist with a strong background in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, preferably with experience in Mohs surgery.

    This position offers the opportunity to join a thriving practice with an industry-leading compensation package and benefits.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide comprehensive dermatological care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various skin conditions.
    Perform Mohs surgeries and other dermatological procedures as needed.
    Maintain a high level of patient volume, seeing approximately 40-50 patients per day.
    Build strong patient relationships through excellent communication and bedside manner.
    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure comprehensive patient care.


    Minimum Requirements:
    Board certification in dermatology.
    Demonstrated experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, with a preference for a 50/50 split.
    Experience performing Mohs surgeries is highly preferred.
    Ability to handle a high patient volume while maintaining quality care.
    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with patients.
    Willingness to work full-time, including some Saturdays.


    Compensation:
    Compensation package includes a base salary plus 45% of collections.
    Total compensation ranges from $350,000 to $450,000, with end-of-year bonus potential.
