Fully Independent Counselor (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC)
$65,000–$70,000 | On-Call Rotation
Location: London

- Salary: $65,000–$70,000

Your Role: A Direct Impact on Recovery
As a Fully Independent Counselor, you will:
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling
- Assess substance use diagnoses using DSM criteria
- Determine appropriate levels of care using ASAM criteria
- Develop treatment plans and discharge/continuum of care plans
- Maintain clinical documentation and caseload management
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Coordinate care with referral sources (legal, school, employer, etc.)
- Provide crisis intervention support
- Uphold Pinnacle policies and federal confidentiality laws (42-CFR, Part 2)
You will partner closely with the Clinical and Executive Directors to maintain a therapeutic environment focused on dignity, accountability, and long-term recovery.
What You Bring
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Active Kentucky licensure as one of the following:
- LPCC
- LCSW
- LMFT
- LCADC
- Experience working with Substance Use Disorders preferred
- A heart for service and belief in recovery
