    At Family Dollar, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, greeting them and assisting with the selection of merchandise, as well as completing cash register transactions and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise.

    Salary

    $25,000 - $35,000 per year

    Job Description

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
    • Greet customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise, answering any questions they may have.
    • Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
    • Answer questions regarding the store and its products, providing detailed information and making recommendations as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous retail experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

    Working Conditions:

    • Work schedule: varies depending on store needs.
    • May be required to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
