- Plant Laboratory Supervision
- Quality Program Implementation and Auditing: Implements and audits in
- plant quality programs (e. g., GMPs, HACCP, weight control)
- Quality Personnel: Maintains professional relationships with plant management, customers, and vendors
- B. S. in Dairy, Food Science, or Science related field.
- 3 to 5 years combined experience in quality control, sanitation and/or production environment.
- Complete understanding of computer driven process controls for a large manufacturing facility
