    In this role, the finance manager will partner directly with business partners to solve difficult problems across day-to-day operations, generate strategic assessments of our portfolio, and drive meaningful impact and changes to our fast-growing business.

    This position sits in Grapevine, Texas.
    ResponsibilitiesDevelop financial models to facilitate decisions for our refurbishment operations center.
    Partner with ROC leadership to ensure overhead expenses are well managed. Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process in collaboration with business partners.
    Lead monthly and quarterly financial business reviews, including reviewing results vs. plan, creating future input/output guidance to leadership, and explanations to address variances between actuals, forecast and plan.

    Identify and quantify risks or opportunities to plan due to current business environment and provide insights and recommendations to mitigate risks or benefit from opportunities.

    Develop & maintain ROC P&L.Deliver meaningful insights and analyses to drive top line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.

    Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with finance team and business partners to achieve goals, streamline and document processes & procedures, reduce costs, prevent loss, and to ensure that work is timely and accurate.

    Perform what if, scenario and trend analysis to drive strategic business decisions.
    Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed to provide analytical and decision-making support on new initiatives.
    Assist in identifying, developing, and analyzing KPIs and key operational initiatives and make recommendations to leadership for improvement.
    Assist in preparation of senior leadership financial decks and BOD materials.
    Experience and Qualifications7+ years of related experience required.
    Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred).Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
    Ability to prepare and communicate compelling analysis for stakeholders.
    Willingness to learn in a cross-functional environment to ensure business objectives are met.

    Proficient knowledge of business concepts and tools (financial statements, fixed/variable costs, break-even, cost benchmarking, pricing, sensitivity analysis, NPV, ROI, etc.).Demonstrated capacity for gathering and scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions.

    Expert knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Excellent technical modeling skills.

    Experience with financial & reporting systems (SAP, Oracle Suite, SmartView, Adaptive, Power BI, Google Big Query, SQL).Retail or Commercial Finance preferred.
