- Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
- Compile and contribute to Weekly Status Meeting Minutes, Monthly Progress Reports, and Monthly Financial Reports
- Provide project coordination support to federal leadership/project managers and the GDIT team to ensure that contracts are well organized and running smoothly, including coordinating information and deadlines across projects, managing document repositories, assist in developing project artifacts, and being a trusted resource to the GDIT team.
- Provide program set-up support within multiple Information technology systems.
- Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirement.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of current progression status and critical path implications.
- Extracts or compiles data from supporting management systems to provide managers with summaries or reports.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Extensive understanding of expense and timekeeping management, process, and policies
- Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools
- Must be able to obtain a SSBI (T5) public trust clearance, which requires residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years
- Experience supporting a PMO or extensive experience with reporting
- Experience supporting federal contract program manager
- Task management experience and/or skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage frequently changing priorities of competing importance
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal/external teams including key stakeholders and customers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines, following detailed written policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions
