    Job Summary

    As the E-Commerce Manager/Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing
    strategies to significantly enhance our online sales, with a particular focus on expanding our presence in the US market.
    Currently, E-Commerce constitutes only 3% of our total sales, and we are committed to substantial growth in this area.
    You will report directly to the CEO

    Responsibilities and Duties

    1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive E-Commerce growth, including expanding our product offerings, optimizing pricing strategies, enhancing customer experience, and exploring new sales channels.
    2. Team Management: Lead and mentor the E-Commerce Operations team in China, providing guidance on operational processes, performance metrics, and best practices. Conduct regular meetings and ensure effective collaboration with local Account Executives and the Marketing team.
    3. Market Understanding: Utilize your bilingual proficiency and in-depth understanding of the US market to tailor our E-Commerce strategies accordingly. Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to capitalize on growth opportunities.
    4. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversion. Collaborate with our partners, including TEMU, to leverage their expertise and resources effectively.
    5. Platform Management: Oversee our presence on existing E-Commerce platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central, ensuring optimal performance, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Explore opportunities to expand onto other E-Commerce channels, particularly in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.

    Qualifications and Skills

    1. Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) is essential for effective communication with both US-based stakeholders and the E-Commerce team in China.
    2. Strong understanding of the US market dynamics, consumer preferences, and E-Commerce trends.
    3. Proven experience in E-Commerce management or related roles, preferably with 3-7 years of experience.
    4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
