    Vetted is seeking a RN - Case Management for a travel job in San Dimas, California.

    Must have 2+ years of experience.

    This contract pays approximately $16,754/month gross.

    Assignment details:

    • Contract length: 13 weeks
    • Shift length: 8 hour shifts
    • Hours per week: 40

    Job responsibilities:

    • Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.
    • Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
    • Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
    • Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.
