    Investments Senior Analyst Role

    The Investments Senior Analyst role at FCP offers a unique opportunity to launch a career in real estate private equity. It provides direct access to the firm's leadership and industry leaders, allowing you to develop core financial and analytical skills.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Support clients by assisting with sourcing, underwriting, and closing multifamily investments
    • Reviewing financial statements including operating budgets rent rolls capital expenditure budgets
    • Evaluating market data including economic demographic details of various locations/li/>
