    We are seeking possible candidates for a Full-Time position at our newest Urbandale office in the role of Physical Therapy Front Office Coordinator. This individual is responsible for working with patients, assisting with office scheduling, and verifying authorization from insurance companies regarding future therapy services. Some travel may be required for coverage at our Ankeny, West Des Moines and Des Moines locations. Those hours will range from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. Training will occur in the West Des Moines office until the clinic opens in June.

    Outstanding phone skills, basic knowledge of insurance, and friendly attitude required The process will include an experience and qualification review and prescreen phone interview. Selected candidates should expect to meet with the hiring manager within a week of the prescreen if selected to move to the next phase.     EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school education required. 2 years of customer service experience in face to face medical coordinator role. (Equivalent or greater to Associates degree or 2 years of medical experience highly preferred)
