Responsibilities
- Act as frontline technical support response for incoming queries issues related to Ziosk systems software hardware using various Ziosk support tools Troubleshoot incidents with point-of-sale systems other platforms Provide superior customer service phone email support restaurant clients Adhere documented metrics key performance indicators Proactively contact sites resolve issues discovered monitoring tools
