Job Description:
The Manager will have 10+ years of experience and support and deliver change management initiatives across organizational transformation efforts.
This role contributes to change strategy development, stakeholder communications, and executive-level presentations, with opportunities to support organizational design activities.Experience working with call center operations in a consulting capacity and exposure to offshoring or outsourcing transformations are valued assets.
ResponsibilitiesLead and support organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, structures, and operating models
Partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver effective change strategies, with a strong emphasis on communication, executive-level presentations, and organizational design
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Proven experience in Change Management
Strong communication and executive presentation skills
Organizational Design experience preferred
Experience supporting call center operations in a consulting capacity and exposure to offshoring or outsourcing transformations are strong pluses; consulting experience supporting Call Center Operations a plus
Offshoring/Outsourcing transformation experience a plus

Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD, technology), and specific location, for example.Additionally, applicants may be required to apply and become employed by a service provider utilized by KPMG, and final pay rate(s) and/or eligibility for additional benefits may be determined by such provider.
