Role & Responsibilities:

Are you a nimble and agile financial whiz with an executive presence? Do you crave a fast-paced, demanding, yet fun environment where you can grow your career at lightning speed? If you thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and wield systems like Tropic, Ramp, Lever, NetSuite, , and PowerBI like a pro, then we want to hear from you

In this role, you'll:

Own monthly reporting (budget variances, P&L, MD&A), keeping leadership informed.

Become a master of workforce planning, wielding the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) like a champion.

Dive deep into the sales engine using , collaborating with sales to unlock insights.

Lead the charge on Purchasing and Travel policy updates, wielding tools like Tropic.

Become a financial analysis guru, tackling costing, P&L activities, and strategic initiatives.

Partner with the A-team, supporting month-end close, audits, and more.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in accounting/finance (3-5 years' experience, or less with an advanced degree)

- Excel modeling wizard, PowerPoint & Word pro

Cost accounting knowledge

Analytical & problem-solving sharpshooter

Action-oriented & continuous improvement champion

Organizational & time management guru

Meets deadlines like a boss

Stellar communication skills (written & verbal)

Team player, resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated

Ability to travel (occasional)

Bonus Points for: NetSuite, , and PowerBI experience

SaaS experience is highly preferred
