- Reliable and show up at the stated time
- Complete all tasks including clean up before leaving
- Available for at least four exams
- Lift 40 pounds
- Climb stairs and walk 1⁄4 mile in a timely manner
- Be willing to work one-on-one with a student needing accommodations
