    Overview:


    We are seeking a Data Engineer with experience in ETL, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, and/or Power BI datasets to join our team.

    As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and systems that enable our internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

    This Data Engineer will report into the Sr. Solutions Engineer.

    Major Responsibilities:
    Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake.
    Develop and maintain data models and schemas in Snowflake.
    Build Power BI datasets and reports to provide data analysis and visualization capabilities to internal customers.
    Design and build data pipelines and systems that process and transform large volumes of data efficiently.
    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
    Monitor and optimize data pipelines and systems for performance and scalability.
    Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and testing procedures.
    Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and incidents in a timely manner.
    Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, compliance, and privacy.
    Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.

    Qualifications

    Education/Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    3+ years of experience in ETL, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, and Power BI datasets
    Strong experience with SQL and data modeling

    Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus.

    Experience with Python, Glue, AWS Lambda, and real-time data integration.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Knowledge in DevOps principals and version control.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
