    Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Financial Controller Customer Services Ultrasound NAM.The Financial Controller Customer Services Ultrasound NAM position is a senior role and will have responsibility for the service P&L, reporting, forecasting, and monitoring of the performance of the CS Ultrasound Business Area in NAM.

    The position will take a lead role in preparing budgets and forecasts, performing complex variance analysis on both top line and bottom line, evaluating key financial and operational metrics, maintaining, and enhancing several ongoing monthly and quarterly reports, and supporting a variety of financial, operational and business management customers in a matrix business environment.

    The position will participate in ensuring conformance to IFRS requirements and may be involved in commercial/contract activities, pricing, margin calculations, and M&A related analysis.

    The position will also be supporting and taking the lead to streamline the different service processes across the CS organization in the Company in a company (CiC) and identifying efficient processes and taking the lead to set up the NAM Service CiC.

    This Controller position has the Service P&L responsibility for Ultrasound NAM and is responsible to streamline and support in developing the service processes in NAM Service CiC.This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.

    Financial Controller Customer Services Ultrasound NAM
    , you will be responsible for:

    • Lead and oversee the development of the accurate completion of key financial reports; interpret data and communicate results to various stakeholders from business management to HQ. The Controller will help to develop and maintain key service metrics, scorecards, reporting packages and presentation materials as needed
    • Lead discussions of financial analysis at complex levels including budgeting, financials and expenses in performance comparisons allowing decision makers to improve their business performance
    • Provide financial expertise, including recommendations to all internal customers and promote best practices and continuous improvement in the business
    • Support the various CiC teams and take the lead to streamline the different service financial processes in the Company in a company (CiC)
    • Occupy lead role in the annual Business Area budget and forecasting process and assist in setting revenue and cost objectives for the business
    • Support the professional development of less experienced Financial Analysts
      The Controller will be accountable for and measured in terms of: Quality and timeliness of analytics
    • Forecast accuracy
    • Customer orientation and responsiveness in a matrix environment
    • Service reporting and forecasting process enhancement
    • Cost controlling measures
    • Financial performance of Ultrasound CS Business Area
    • Efficient set up of service processes in the CiC
      Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and related area(s) 10+ years of experience in relevant field, balanced against relevant Siemens experience
    • Strong analytical, presentation and financial skills with attention to detail
    • Effective communicator with team members and with Senior level management
    • Self-starter, capable of bringing projects to a successful conclusion with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to simultaneously manage & prioritize multiple high priority projects
    • Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, Jedox, think cell and MS applications: Excel, Word and Power point
