What You'll DoThe Onboarding Specialist supports the onboarding process for the Retail Operations teams and acts as a liaison for field office support.
This position will be the point-of-contact for Retail new hires and have a key role in driving consistency in the onboarding process and set standards.
Owns the new hire recruitment and onboarding process within theRetail
Operations team.
Owns the Onboarding and Training curriculum and facilitates onboarding & training to new
retail
team members.
Prepares onboarding kits (e.g. stationary, T-shirts and mugs).
Gathers and processes employment and I-9 paperwork.
Informs employees on their first tasks (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate their accounts)
Ensures new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
Distributes manuals, passwords and guidelines
Supports Launch leadership with staffing and development needs
Builds and facilitates regular trainings around process changes and key systems, including the creation and execution of knowledge quizzes as needed.
Tracks department staff changes & movements and updates the necessary systems accordingly in coordination with Human ResourcesCreates and facilitates team specific recognition, engagement, & social programs.
Acts as a resource for cross-departmental knowledge on the team.
Coordinates and understands new cross-functional processes and properly communicates to the PaaS team.
Acts as the key communicator for the team regarding large scale assignments, needs, and announcements.
Acts as a source of empathy and neutrality between the different business verticals leadership and the field members.
Travels as needed to Market Service Areas (MSAs) for onsite training and/or to the Corporate Office for strategic planning sessions as needed.
