    Part Time Ferry Operator

    This is a part-time position involved in operating a ferry for the parish government under the supervision of Roads Supervisor, Eq. Operator III, and/or Director of Public Works.

    Nature of Work

    • The work involves responsibility for safe operation and maintenance of small ferries guided by cables powered by gasoline engines.
    • Error in work can become serious resulting in accidents.
