Job Title:
Sales Support Administrator (Quotation)

Pay Rate:
$29 to $31/Hr

Duration:
6 months

Location:
Cary, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote a week after initial training of 2 weeks)

Shift: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM

This position is for the
Healthcare Diagnostics
division.

We are looking for a
Customer Quotes Specialist

  • Conducts technical and/or administrative, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations and delivery.
  • Processes
    incoming orders, inquiries,
    and/or requests regarding
    products and/or
    services
    .
  • Performs
    order management
    for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
  • Supports customers remotely and onsite, and provides 1st level user support in case of arising issues.
  • Drives complex issues and questions to the respective qualified Service Technicians or Service Engineers.
  • Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
  • Participates in investigating and resolving commercial and/or technical problems.
  • Supports pre-and/or post-sales technical product advice for development, implementation, and operation of
    customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    quote request
    emails.
  • Order processing

  • Send quotes
    to customers and follow up for
    POs

  • Coordinate with the internal dispatching team.
  • Parts clarification
    , Order generation.

Requirements:

  • 5 years in a
    customer relationship
    role.
  • Fast-paced environment experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with
    Microsoft Office
    (Word,
    Excel
    ,
    Outlook
    ,
    PowerPoint, Teams
    ).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organization and time management.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • The role is email-based and phone communication.
  • Must be comfortable with internal and external customer communication.
  • SAP experience (highly preferred)
