- Provides individual, group, and/or family clinical therapy
- Participates in weekly clinical team meetings and rounds
- Completes proper documentation according to agency and licensing standards utilizing the organization's electronic health record (EHR)
- Develops and maintains positive internal and external professional relationships
- Participates in agency, program, external meetings, and committees as assigned
- Represents, supports, and communicates Crossroad's philosophy and mission
- Attends program team meetings and provides support, feedback, and direction to the program staff
- Models and supports the values and commitments of the organization
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, and Counseling or related area
- Clinical Licensure - State of Maine licensed clinician, LCSW, LCPC, LMSW-C, LCPC-C, or ability to obtain a Maine clinical license
- Experience working in a clinical settings
- Experience in the treatment of Co-occurring Substance Use and Eating Disorders & Trauma - Strong Eating Disorder experience is preferred
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Maturity and professionalism, with a sincere desire to work with recovering individuals
- Experience and comfort with using electronic health records, email, and office software programs, a high degree of competency in clinical documentation and time efficiency is strongly required
