- Collaborate with Slate Studios Management and creative agencies to design projects within brand guidelines.
- Lead multi-channel creative strategy and brand development.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications with creative agencies.
- Prepare design presentations for management.
- Create layouts for final production.
- Assist in the creation and organization of design templates.
- Conduct conceptual and visual research as required.
- Manage and maintain logos, branding, and advertising design concepts.
- Bachelor's degree, specializing in graphic design or art direction.
- 3+ years of direct design experience within the fashion or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding and interest in current trends in fashion, beauty, design, art, music, and culture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent typographic skills.
- Efficient time management and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
