    Position Summary: This is a full-time non-exempt position


    Warehouse department hours are:
    7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

    Warehouse employees are expected to be available to work a 40 hour week during the hours our warehouse is open.

    Employees will have a 45 minute lunch break. Shifts may vary depending on business needs. Mandatory seasonal overtime will be required.

    Requirements


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Accurately receive, pick, and ship inventory for order fulfillment
    • Pull pieces and make in-house kits
    • Organize and put away parts on shelves
    • Use handheld scanner to track parts picked and orders fulfilled
    • Box/Package and label items for order shipments
    • Invoice outgoing customer orders
    • Audit orders for proper labeling, parts, and number of items
    • Perform all computer functions necessary for the fulfillment and shipping process
    • Load UPS trailer
    • Accurately perform cycle counts and physical counts

    Job Specifications:


    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Previous warehouse experience preferred
    • Forklift certification preferred

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    Knowledge of:

    • Warehouse receiving, fulfillment, and shipping process

    Skills:

    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
    • Proficient with basic data entry skills
    • Reliable and punctual
    • Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to maintain grace under pressure and contribute to a positive work environment

    Abilities:

    • Use, set up, and climb ladders
    • Operate picker, forklift, hand truck and RF scanner to move stock
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
    • Employees will be responsible for reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, placing materials, as weel as physical bending, twisting, kneeling and etc. in a safe and efficient manner
    Ability to stand for extended periods of time
