    Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and motivated supervising BCBA to lead and grow our Applied Behavior Analysis program at our Katy clinic. Our clinic provides Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy and counseling to children from birth to 21 to help them overcome struggles with communication, behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. We strive to create a collaborative, safe, friendly, and fun work environment.

    Clinic location: 21630 Merchants Way, Bldg. 2. Katy, Texas 77449

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide clinic-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy to children
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and programs based on assessment and data analysis
    • Collect and record data during each 1:1 teaching session
    • Attend training and observation sessions with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
    • Participate in ongoing professional development training to stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
    • Current and valid certification as a BCBA awarded by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    Basic Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to regularly walk and run for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently.
    • Must be able to utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan.
    • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
    • Must be able to transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.
    • Must have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
    • Must have the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.
