    Description

    Reporting to the Parts Director, the Phone Center Representative will answer inbound phone calls from customers to generate parts sales. The associate will need to possess exceptional communication (phone and computer) skills. The associate will need to collaborate with other Phone Center team members to resolve customer questions.

    Shift: Multiple shifts available

    Pay: $60,000/yr. (salary + commission based on your sales)

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with customers via phone, email and/or chat.
    • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
    • Generate sales leads.
    • Data enter information into the CRM to include:
      • Customer contact information.
      • Product interest information.
    • Collaborate with other call center associates to resolve customer questions.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
    • Preferred 2 years of parts counter experience
    • Understands all basic truck systems
    • Able to use Business System for daily tasks
    • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • High degree of attention to detail .
    • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
    • Computer experience with Google Applications required.
    • Disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills.
    • Reliable attendance required.
    • Able to work with minimal supervision.
