    Job Description - MANAGER TRANSPLANT QUALITY/ PI

    MANAGER TRANSPLANT QUALITY/ PI

    Manages the quality improvement and performance improvement program for Solid Organ Transplant Services facilitating the quality programs for each individual organ (Heart, Lung, Liver and Kidney). Policy owner for The Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Policy. Oversees all aspects of data collection and reporting. Responsible for analysis of data from internal and external sources and presentation for quality management. Oversees action plans and process improvement projects. Provides physician and staff training regarding definitions and requirements for reporting of transplant data elements. Identifies team challenges that impact timeliness and accuracy of data reporting.

    Education
    Masters Degree: Health care discipline, informatics or related field of study (Required)
    Other: Graduate certificate in Healthcare Quality and Safety or equivalent (Required)

    Experience
    3 Years experience in Health Care (Required)
    General Experience in Healthcare quality and/or data management (Required)

    License/Certifications
    CPHQ - Cert Prof Healthcare Quality (Preferred)
    40 hour per week / 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
