The CNA performs basic nursing care functions and other duties under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN).

Performs duties to meet the personal care needs of residents, performs limited nursing techniques, observes and reports resident conditions, and services residents in a manner consistent with the Resident Bill of Rights.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training:
Completed or currently participating in a CNA training course or equivalent educ/experience
Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.

Preferred Qualification:
One (1) year experience in a health care setting.
